If you haven’t heard the buzz about AI Automation yet, you will. It’s happening. The good news is this is where AI is supposed to go, which is why I’ve stopped screaming about Gen AI overload and starting dipping my toe into “OK, here’s something valuable you can be pulling from the chaos.”
For the last year or so, more and more “AI” has been focused properly on the tool part of the technology, and less on the “oh, this thing can think” fallacy. As we now start to see AI agents go mainstream, well, this is the drag-and-drop, push-button mainstreaming of AI Automation, and it’s getting closer to bringing a mass-market availability of some of the more complex and useful AI science.
